Get a tall glass filled with ice, pour in 1 shot of vodka Stolichnaya Vanil, Kahlua 1 shot to the top and top with Milk is full fat is best. Bang a cocktail shaker top and 15-20 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish reflect chocolate sprinkles. Try to drink more than one few minutes.
